Handovers Have Begun at Park Lofts Recoleta

The first unit has been handed over on a preliminary basis, the apartments on the lower floors are ready to live in, and the elevator goes into service on 10 September.
With the preliminary handover of the first completed unit, the handover period at Park Lofts Recoleta has officially begun.
The apartments on the lower floors are already functional and can be furnished, prepared and occupied from now on. The lobby is open and gives access to the units, and the elevator is scheduled to go into service from 10 September 2026.

Between levels 2 and 8, masonry and plumbing are complete. Between levels 2 and 5, flooring and wall finishes, electrical installations, ceilings, sanitary fixtures, kitchen equipment, fitted furniture and air conditioning are complete as well.
On the upper floors and the rooftop, work is moving toward completion. The lobby remains the site’s main access route while that work and the common areas are finished.
The remaining units are being inspected and prepared according to their respective stage of completion, and will be handed over to their owners gradually. Owners who would like to add a furniture package, adaptable to the requirements of each unit, can request one through the Park Lofts contact channels.
