Residencias del Sol Forms Its Water Tank as Installations Advance

On the rooftop terrace the upper water tank is now being formed, while the lower floors move forward with plastering, screeds and electrical and plumbing installations.

On the rooftop terrace (Floor 5), formwork for the upper water tank began and new columns were set out, while the masonry walls continue to go up.

On Floor 2 (first floor), plastering and screeds were completed, and work continued on the water connections in bathrooms and kitchens and on the electrical installations inside the apartments. On Floor 3 (second floor), the scratch coat was applied as a base for the plaster and the electrical conduits were laid, and on Floor 4 (third floor) masonry and screeds continue.

With the rooftop terrace under way and technical finishes advancing on the lower floors, construction keeps several work fronts running in parallel across the building.

For the next period, work is expected to continue on the upper water tank and the rooftop masonry, and on plastering, screeds and installations on the lower floors.
