Los Árboles Adds New Pillars to Its Load-Bearing Structure
Construction Progress
With new foundation pile caps, beams and concrete columns already in place, Park Lofts Los Árboles’ load-bearing structure keeps taking shape as soil improvement and septic chamber work move forward.

The team continued with the rebar assembly, formwork and concrete pouring of new foundation pile caps, foundation beams and reinforced concrete columns. In parallel, soil backfilling and compaction moved forward, along with chemical stabilization and ground improvement measures.
Work also included shoring up a section of the adjoining wall, plastering those walls, and additional excavation to bring the septic chamber to its planned elevation.

With each foundation section completed, the building’s load-bearing structure keeps taking shape and lays the groundwork for the next construction phases. The project keeps moving forward steadily: even with rainy days during the period, work on the foundations, the reinforced concrete columns and the other preparatory elements was able to continue as planned.
Over the coming weeks, work is expected to continue on the assembly, formwork and pouring of the remaining pile caps, beams and columns, along with continued backfilling, compaction and soil improvement, additional work on the septic chamber, continued work on the adjoining walls, and preparation for the next stages of the building’s load-bearing structure.
