Residencias del Sol Pours Its Rooftop Terrace Slab
Construction Progress
On the rooftop terrace at Residencias del Sol, the pool slab and roof slab have already been poured, while masonry moves forward on Floors 2 and 3 and the first plumbing installation begins.

On the rooftop terrace (Floor 5), the pool slab and the roof slab were poured, one of the period’s most important milestones. In parallel, formwork and rebar assembly began for the lower water tank, and the Floor 4 (third floor) ceiling slab formwork was stripped.
On Floors 2 and 3, construction of the masonry walls continues. On the ground floor (Floor 1), earthworks and excavation move forward for the lower water tank and the septic chamber, and in one of the units, installation of the bathroom’s water connections has already begun.

With the rooftop terrace slab now poured, the building reaches a key milestone in its reinforced concrete structure and moves toward wrapping up the upper-floor work, while on the lower floors masonry, technical excavations and the first plumbing installations continue in parallel.
For the next period, work is expected to continue on the lower water tank, masonry will move forward on the residential floors, more units will get plumbing installations underway, and earthworks tied to the septic chamber will continue.
