Tower Completes Its Foundation Piling

With all foundation piles now drilled, Park Lofts Tower closes a key stage of its deep foundation work and moves toward the pile caps.

To ensure the future high-rise’s permanent load-bearing capacity, special deep foundation piles were driven to depths of up to 23 meters. With all pile drilling now complete, the team successfully finished a fundamental stage of the foundation works.

In parallel with the drilling, additional earthworks took place, along with the loading and removal of soil, mud and debris, leaving the work areas prepared and cleared for the next stage of foundation work.

After the piles were completed, the team began the next stage: on several of them, the heads were already exposed and trimmed down to the planned level, a step needed to connect them to the foundation pile caps and to the rest of the load-bearing structure. In parallel, the reinforcement for the foundation pile caps was prepared.

Work currently focuses on treating the pile heads, building the foundation pile caps and connecting the different foundation elements, the base on which the tower will be built. Over the coming weeks, this work is expected to continue, along with the preparation and construction of the pile cap reinforcement, the connection of the piles to the rest of the foundation and the preparation of the building’s load-bearing structure. Under the current schedule, the first-floor concrete pour is expected by late October 2026.
