Concremaq strengthens its position in Paraguay’s high-complexity construction segment by building Park Lofts Tower, the most ambitious development in the Park Lofts portfolio.
Standing over 100 meters tall with nearly 7,000 square meters of built area, the tower is one of the most demanding engineering challenges Concremaq has taken on in the Paraguayan market. At the peak of construction, the builder had around 300 workers on site at the same time.

The project required solving an unusual combination of technical variables: the building’s height and slenderness, a narrow lot that limited site logistics, and a detailed analysis of wind action on the structure. Every design decision had to meet strict requirements for structural behavior and technical precision, leading Concremaq to bring in international specialists and interdisciplinary teams.
