Residencias del Sol Moves Forward on the Rooftop and Starts Masonry on Floor 2

Construction Progress

Residencias del Sol is advancing on three fronts at once: the rooftop’s technical slab, the start of masonry on Floor 2, and earthworks on the ground floor.

On the rooftop (Floor 5), where most of the current effort is concentrated, the team is working on the formwork and reinforcement of the concrete beams that will later support the amenities’ thermal slab, along with the placement of hollow ceramic blocks between those beams: together, both elements form the rooftop’s thermal slab.

In parallel, the first layout and masonry work began on Floor 2, while on the ground floor (Floor 1) leveling and soil compaction work is underway to prepare for the next construction stages.

The coming period will bring continued formwork and reinforcement work on the rooftop, completion of the block placement for the Floor 5 slab, progress on Floor 2 masonry, and further leveling work on the ground floor as the project advances.
