Park Lofts Tower is pushing forward with its deep foundation work: numerous additional piles already completed, and the project remains firmly on schedule.
Deep foundation work continues to progress on schedule. During the period, numerous additional foundation piles were successfully completed, and the team has already prepared new drilling positions, allowing the work to continue without interruption.
The building’s foundation is being built with deep foundation piles reaching depths of up to 23 meters, designed to guarantee the bearing capacity and structural stability of the future tower.

The updated plan clearly shows that a significant portion of the planned piles has already been completed, and that the project is moving forward continuously and on schedule.
In the coming weeks, work will continue on new deep foundation piles, ongoing foundation work, preparation for the next drilling and foundation stages, and progress on consolidating the building’s load-bearing foundation structure. With every pile completed, the base on which the tower will be built grows stronger, a key milestone ahead of the start of the reinforced concrete superstructure.
